Tetherball is a fun backyard or playground game that children love to play during recess or gym class. Tetherball is usually played with two people that try to each wrap the ball around the pole by hitting the ball in opposite directions. A player wins a round of tetherball when the ball wraps all of the rope around the pole and the opposing player is not able to keep the rope and the tetherball from wrapping.
